António Saramago Vinhos wurde 2002 vom Winzer António Saramago sowie seiner Frau und seinen beiden Kindern gegründet und ist seitdem ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen. Ziel des Unternehmens ist die Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen aus einigen Regionen Portugals (derzeit Alentejo und Península de Setúbal) und vereint die am meisten bevorzugten Rotweine. Vinifizierung des 10 Jahre alten Moscatel António Saramago Weins: Leichte Gärung mit der Zugabe von Weinbrand und Mazeration für 6 Monate. 10 Jahre lang in französischer Eiche gereift.
