Ginja Espinheira mit Früchten ist ein traditioneller portugiesischer Likör, der in Lissabon und an anderen Orten wie Óbidos und Alcobaça getrunken werden kann. Hergestellt aus Alkohol und gewonnen aus der Mazeration von Sauerkirschfrüchten, einer Frucht, die der Kirsche sowohl im Aussehen als auch im Geschmack sehr ähnlich ist und für deren Herstellung ausschließlich natürliche Produkte ohne künstliche Konservierungsstoffe verwendet werden. Dieser Likör ist eine Mischung aus süß und bitter mit einem Hauch Zimt. Aufgrund seiner Süße ist es sehr leicht zu trinken. Normalerweise wird es in kleinen Gläsern, sogenannten Shots, serviert und muss sofort getrunken werden. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, ihn mit (mit ihnen) oder ohne (ohne sie) dem Ginja im Glas zu genießen.
