Sipsmith Sloe Gin wird mit dem preisgekrönten London Dry Gin der Destillerie hergestellt, der mit wilden Schlehenbeeren, die im Herbst geerntet werden, mazeriert wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein reicher, vollmundiger und fruchtiger Gin mit Aromen von reifen Pflaumen, roten Johannisbeeren und Mandeln. Am Gaumen stechen Cassis, Kirschen und dunkle Früchte hervor, ergänzt durch eine zitrusartige Note. Die ausgewogene Süße und der Hauch von Mandeln sorgen für einen sanften und samtigen Abgang.
