Vinification of Xisto Ilimitado White: Before pressing, the grapes were crushed and destemmed, pressing was done without prior maceration, the wine was decanted at low temperature for 24 hours, fermentation by indigenous yeasts and aging took place in used French oak barrels of 228 and 500 liters, 30% of the wine fermented and aged in stainless steel.

On the palate, it is impressively bright and mineral, with a great balance between power and elevation. Flavors of lemon, green apple, and pear blend with a touch of floral and slate mineral notes. It is a juicy and mineral wine at the same time.
On the nose, stone fruits and orchard fruits abound, with a moist core and white pepper over the dominant aromas.
