Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta das Bageiras Garrafeira Branco: Die Trauben des Weins Quinta das Bágeiras sind weiße Garrafeira-Trauben, über 75 Jahre alt. Er wird in offener Bica vinifiziert, wobei der größte Teil in kleine Dekanter von 1 m³ gefüllt wird, wo er zwischen 24 und 36 Stunden verbleibt, um die Dekantierung durch natürliche Nutzung zu ermöglichen. Am Ende dieses Prozesses wird er in alte Holzfässer von 2500 l umgefüllt, in denen bereits mehrere Gärungen stattgefunden haben. Er wird ohne jegliche Filterung oder Schönung (Klärungsprozess, der Proteine mitziehen kann) abgefüllt und nicht immer im selben Monat, da man dem Wein selbst überlässt, wann er bereit zum Abfüllen ist.
