Bagaceira-Schnaps, hergestellt durch Destillation von ausgewähltem frischem Trester kurz nach der Lese. Das Verfahren zur Alkoholgewinnung ist die Stripping-Destillation, bei der Dampf durch die Rückstände (Kerne und Schalen) des Gärungsprozesses der Weine geleitet wird. Nach der Destillation mehrerer Chargen werden die Schnäpse ausgewählt, vorbereitet und gemischt, um ein Produkt mit Harmonie und Ausgewogenheit zu erhalten. Der Schnaps reift in Eichenfässern für einen milderen und komplexeren Geschmack. Die Frische und Komplexität dieses Schnapses machen ihn zu einer ausgezeichneten Wahl als Digestif, der sowohl pur als auch zusammen mit einem guten Espresso genossen werden kann.
