Das Quinta dos Aciprestes umgibt den Douro-Fluss mit seinen sanften Hängen, in einem vollständig mit den edelsten Rebsorten der Douro-Demarkationsregion neu bepflanzten Gebiet. Zwischen den Unterregionen Cima-Corgo und Alto Douro gelegen, profitieren seine Weinberge von einem Mikroklima, das ideale Bedingungen für die Reifung der Trauben bietet. Vinifikation des Quinta dos Aciprestes Grande Reserva Tinto: Die Gärung und Mazeration erfolgt in Edelstahltanks mit Temperaturkontrolle. 50 % des Weins reift 18 Monate lang in neuen französischen Eichenfässern unter besten Lagerbedingungen.
