TR3SMANO (Tresmano) TM TINTO100% Tinta del País (também conhecida como Aragonez ou Tempranillo). Proveniente de uma vinha com mais de 100 anos, situada na zona de Olmedillo, no planalto, a cerca de 900 metros de altitude. Com solos argilo-limosos, de boa textura e pobre composição.Vinificação: A colheita é feita manualmente em pequenas caixas, com uma seleção meticulosa dos melhores cachos ainda na vinha, cepa a cepa. Esta seleção é repetida à chegada das uvas à adega.A fermentação ocorre num pequeno tanque especialmente concebido para este vinho.Este vinho estagiou durante 18 meses numa série especial de barricas novas de carvalho francês, seguido de 24 meses em garrafa antes de ser lançado no mercado.
