Vinifizierung des Series Natur Organic Tinto: Die alkoholische Gärung des Mostes erfolgt in Edelstahltanks bei 24-26ºC. Der Wein reift 12 Monate in gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern, bevor er abgefüllt wird, wobei beide Prozesse ohne jegliche SO2-Korrektur stattfinden.
