Vinificação do vinho Madeira Barbeito Sercial 2015 Curtimenta: Depois da experiência na vindima de 2014, em 2015 vinificaram três lagares de Sercial, desta vez apenas com uvas do Seixal. Após 11 dias de fermentação e consequente fortificação, prolongamos as curtimentas até meados de Dezembro. Quando passámos os vinhos a limpo, restavam ainda muitos bagos, os quais, depois de separados, foram colocados dentro das pipas. Com o objetivo de ganhar mais concentração num curto espaço de tempo os vinhos envelheceram no nosso armazém D, cujas temperaturas médias são mais elevadas ao longo do ano.Em Fevereiro de 2024, foram engarrafadas 1060 unidades de 500ml e 60 Magnum, todas numeradas.
