Nr. 3 ist das Ergebnis einer doppelten Destillation in traditionellen Kupferbrennblasen, mit drei Früchten und drei Gewürzen: - Wacholderbeeren: verleihen dem Gin seinen charakteristischen Geschmack und den Charakter des traditionellen London Dry Gin; - Süße Orangenschale: sorgt für Frische und Zitrusnoten; - Grapefruitschale: verleiht zusätzliche Frische; - Engelwurz: ermöglicht einen trockenen Gin; - Koriandersamen: geben ein Zitronenaroma und einen Abgang mit Pfeffernoten frei; - Kardamomkapseln: fügen eine aromatische Gewürznote hinzu.
