Vinifizierung des Portweins Quinta dos Murças 10 Jahre: Auswahl von Trauben von hoher Qualität, gefolgt von Entrappung und Zerkleinerung. Nach der Gärung im Lagar durch das traditionelle Fußstampfen wurde Weingeist hinzugefügt. Die Chargen reiften in gebrauchten Fässern für eine durchschnittliche Dauer von 10 Jahren und profitierten von der natürlichen Frische unseres Kellers.
