Wein hergestellt aus Boal-Trauben von der Vinha da Torre, Freguesia do Campanário, an der Südküste von Madeira. Die Trauben wurden mit Stielen in einer pneumatischen Presse gepresst. Nach 9 Tagen Gärung ohne Temperaturkontrolle fügten wir den Weinalkohol hinzu. Der Wein wurde anschließend in ein altes Fass aus französischer Eiche mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 700 Litern umgefüllt. Die Reifung fand im Lager E statt, wo die Temperaturen im Sommer hoch und im Winter sehr kalt sind. Im Juni 2023 wurden 857 Einheiten à 500 ml und 60 Magnumflaschen abgefüllt, alle einzeln nummeriert.

Zitrusartiger Gaumen, weich und mit abgerundeten Kanten, Aromen von Karamell und Honig. Gute Säure in einem ausgewogenen Abgang mit anhaltendem Melassegeschmack.
Ziemlich frisch mit Noten von eingelegten Früchten, Rosinen, Nüssen und Orangenblättern.
