Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta do Soque Superior Tinto: Die Trauben, die von der Quinta do Soque stammen, wurden in lebensmittelechten Kunststoffkisten transportiert und bei der Ankunft im Weinkeller einer strengen Auswahl unterzogen. Nach vollständiger Entrappung und leichtem Quetschen wurde der Most durch Schwerkraft in temperaturkontrollierte Edelstahltanks zur Gärung überführt.
