Esta versão distingue-se por refletir o carácter marítimo típico da destilaria, complementado por nuances de frutas de pomar.O whisky passou por um primeiro estágio de maturação em barricas reutilizadas de carvalho americano e, em seguida, foi finalizado em barris da mesma madeira, recentemente carbonizados e previamente impregnados com xerez Oloroso. Este método proporciona maior profundidade e complexidade ao perfil da bebida, originando uma fusão equilibrada de sabores.
