Der schwarze Trüffel Rot ist eine Weinkreation, die aus der Verschmelzung von Trauben aus zwei verschiedenen Parzellen in der Subregion Cima Corgo im Douro entsteht. Das erste Grundstück in Valença do Douro beherbergt einen jahrhundertealten, über 70 Jahre alten Weinberg, der aus einer vielseitigen Mischung aus etwa 30 einheimischen Rebsorten besteht. Dieser nach Norden ausgerichtete Weinberg liegt zwischen 300 und 350 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel und verleiht dem Wein eine einzigartige Einzigartigkeit. Die zweite Parzelle am Ufer des Foz do Rio Távora ist etwa 30 Jahre alt und weist eine Kombination verschiedener Rebsorten auf, darunter Touriga Franca und Tinta Roriz.
Was das sensorische Profil betrifft, weist Truffle Negra eine bemerkenswerte Aromakonzentration auf und offenbart Nuancen von schwarzen Früchten und Gewürzen.
