Vinifizierung des Weins Reguengos Garrafeira dos Socios Tinto: Die Trauben, die von der manuellen Lese unserer Mitglieder stammen, werden sofort entrappt und zerdrückt. Mit der Zugabe ausgewählter Hefen beginnt die Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur (25ºC). Während dieser Zeit erfolgt die Maischegärung oder Mazeration durch ein zeitgesteuertes Umwälzverfahren, um eine stärkere Extraktion von Farbe und Tanninen zu erreichen. Die Mazeration dauert etwa 15 Tage.
