Vinifizierung des Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos "À Moda Antiga": Nach der manuellen Lese und dem Transport in kleinen Kisten (18kg-20kg) wurden die Trauben direkt in eine kleine Kelterei gebracht, dort zu Fuß gestampft, wo sie fast vollständig mit einheimischen Hefen mazerierten und vergoren. Es folgte eine leichte Pressung und die Reifung auf der Vollhefe in gebrauchten Fässern.
