Nat Cool, natürlich „cool und funky“, ist ein innovatives Konzept, das von Niepoort geschaffen wurde, eine Bewegung der Vereinigung verschiedener Produzenten mit dem Ziel, leichte und einfach zu trinkende Weine zu kreieren. Wir haben einen Wein geschaffen, der an die früheren „trüben“ Weine erinnert, die sehr früh abgefüllt wurden, noch mit etwas Restzucker und in Anwesenheit der feinen Hefen, um in der Flasche nachzugären und Kohlendioxid zu erzeugen.

Zeigt eine markante Säure, eine zarte Mousse, die ihn lebendig macht, und einige salzige Aromen im Abgang.
Seine Aromen erinnern an die Weine, die einst in der Region der Vinho Verde produziert wurden, mit Hefenoten, Zitrusnoten, Pfirsich und krautigen Noten.
