Vinifizierung des Weins Marquesa da Alorna Grande Reserva Tinto: Vollständiges Entrappen und Quetschen, gefolgt von einer vorfermentativen Mazeration bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 15ºC. Es folgt die Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei 23ºC und anschließende Mazeration für etwa zwei Wochen. Vor der Abfüllung reift er 12 Monate in neuen französischen Eichenfässern. Nach der Abfüllung verbleibt er 6-12 Monate in der Flasche.

Ansprechend und reich, dominiert von Waldfrüchten und dem vanille- und würzigen Charakter der französischen Eiche. Trotz der festen Tannine, die ihm eine einzigartige Struktur verleihen, zeigt der Gaumen eine seidige Textur.
Gute Integration der Waldfrüchte wie Brombeere, Himbeere mit einem duftenden Hauch, der ebenfalls wilde Blumen suggeriert. Hinzu kommen Noten von Gewürzen, Schokolade und den Röstaromen des neuen Holzes.
