Vinifikation von Wein 2 (Zwei) Quintas Reserva Weiß 2022: Die Trauben werden manuell geerntet und in kleinen Kisten, getrennt nach Sorte und Parzelle, in den Keller transportiert; Der Most wird durch Direktpressung nach Mazeration im Kühlraum gewonnen. Der saubere Most gärt in Edelstahltanks (75 %) und in Fässern aus französischer und österreichischer Eiche (25 %) mit unterschiedlichem Fassungsvermögen, wo er nach der Umwandlung in Wein 9 Monate lang auf feiner Hefe reift.

Das intensive Aroma mit seiner charakteristischen Weichheit offenbart zunächst Noten von Mandelblüten mit dezenten Zitrus- und Zitronenmelissennoten, geht über in reife Früchte, Aprikosen und Ananas und endet zart und mineralisch.
