Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta Vale D'Aldeia Reserva Tinto: Die Trauben werden von Hand in 20-kg-Kisten gelesen, zum idealen Reifezeitpunkt, wobei angestrebt wird, dass sie eine kräftige Reife aufweisen, die zu höheren aromatischen und polyphenolischen Konzentrationen führt. Nach sanfter Pressung und vollständiger Entrappung werden die Trauben in Edelstahltanks vergoren, wodurch die Qualitätsbestandteile, die in den Schalen der gut gereiften Trauben vorhanden sind, sanft in den Wein übergehen. Dieser Wein hatte eine Reifung von 14 Monaten in 400-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche (2. Jahr).
