O Donnhoff Riesling Trocken Kreuznacher Kahlenberg Branco é um Riesling seco da prestigiada região da Nahe, originado da “Erste Lage” Kahlenberg, vinhedo sul-facing plantado em solo argiloso com cascalho e quartzito — uma combinação que confere ao vinho uma notável mineralidade e caráter picante. Na taça, exibe uma tonalidade amarelo-pálida brilhante e um aroma delicado de frutas vermelhas e flint, com notas herbais subjacentes. Em boca é intenso e suculento, com acidez vibrante e final seco e crocante, realçado por amortos cítricos e mineral textura firme. Com teor alcoólico de 12,5 % e pontuação de 93 pontos por Robert Parker (Stephan Reinhardt) e 92 por James Suckling, tem potencial de guarda. Perfeito para acompanhar marisco, peixe grelhado ou cozinha leve e asiática.
