Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta da Alorna Colheita Tardia Branco: Nach der Ernte im Oktober wurden die überreifen Trauben sorgfältig ausgewählt und gepresst, gefolgt von der Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 12ºC, die durch Kälte unterbrochen wurde, als der Wein 11% vol. erreichte, wodurch ein süßer Wein entstand.
