Vinifizierung des Weins Herdade das Servas Reserva Tinto: Die Trauben werden am Sortiertisch ausgewählt, entrappt, gefolgt von einer vorfermentativen Mazeration. Die Gärung erfolgt in einer Lagar und einem Edelstahltank mit Temperaturkontrolle. Reifung: Nach Abschluss der malolaktischen Gärung reifte der Wein 12 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche des 1. und 2. Jahres. Nach der Abfüllung ruhte er 10 Monate in der Flasche in unserem Keller. Um alle seine Qualitäten zu bewahren, wurde dieser Wein nicht stabilisiert und kann natürlich Depot bilden.
