Aus den besten Vinifikationen der Ernte gewonnen, unter Verwendung weniger traditioneller Rebsorten in der Region. Im Jahr 2019 resultierte es aus der Vinifikation der Rebsorte Cabernet Sauvignon, die am 27. August gelesen wurde. An diesem Tag wurden die Trauben sorgfältig geerntet und in das Weingut gebracht, wo eine kalte, präfermentative Mazeration durchgeführt wurde, gefolgt von einer alkoholischen Fermentation bei 28ºC und einer verlängerten Mazeration. Gesamte Maischestandzeit von 20 Tagen. Reifte 15 Monate in neuen Fässern aus französischer Eiche und 24 Monate in der Flasche.
