Vinifizierung des Weins Quinta Vale Dona Maria Vinha do Rio Tinto 2020: Alle Trauben werden von Hand geerntet, sorgfältig auf einem Auswahlband sortiert und in Lagares getreten, wo sie anschließend 7 bis 10 Tage bei Temperaturen von 22º bis 27ºC vergären. Reifung: Neue französische Allier-Eichenfässer mit 225L (François Freres, Taransaud und andere), in denen die malolaktische Gärung und die Reifung über 21 Monate erfolgt. Die endgültige Fassauswahl und die Komposition der Cuvée erfolgen in der Regel zwischen Mai und Juni des zweiten Jahres nach der Lese.
