Der Quinta dos Murças VV47 stammt aus einem historischen Weinberg, dem ältesten vertikalen Weinberg im Douro, der 1947 gepflanzt wurde, mit Südostausrichtung und 40 % Neigung. Er drückt den maximalen Ausdruck unseres Terroirs und seines Potenzials aus, das durch Eleganz, Harmonie und Komplexität gekennzeichnet ist. Vinifikation des Weins Quinta dos Murças VV47: Manuelle Lese, Sortiertisch, Entrappung, Zerkleinerung, alkoholische Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen bei kontrollierten Temperaturen (25º bis 28ºC) in Granitlagern mit Fußstampfen und Pressung in einer alten vertikalen Presse. Ausbau: In gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern für etwa 12 Monate.

Sehr komplex und intensiv, dominiert von reiferen roten Früchten und den balsamischen Aromen, die für ältere Weinberge charakteristisch sind.
