Ginja Espinheira mit Frucht ist ein traditioneller portugiesischer Likör, der in Lissabon und anderen Orten wie Óbidos und Alcobaça getrunken werden kann. Hergestellt aus Alkohol und gewonnen durch das Einlegen der Ginja-Frucht, einer Frucht, die der Kirsche sowohl im Aussehen als auch im Geschmack sehr ähnlich ist, und die nur natürliche Produkte ohne jegliche künstliche Konservierungsstoffe in der Herstellung verwendet. Dieser Likör ist eine Mischung aus süß und bitter mit einem Hauch von Zimt. Aufgrund seiner Süße ist er sehr leicht zu trinken. Normalerweise wird er in kleinen Gläsern, sogenannten Shots, serviert und sollte auf einmal getrunken werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, ihn mit (mit ihnen) oder ohne (ohne sie) die Ginja im Glas zu genießen.
