Henriot Brut Souverain war der erste Champagner, der von Maison Henriot kreiert wurde. Dieser Champagner erzählt die Geschichte aller Crus seiner Weinberge und macht Brut Souverain zu einem Multi Cru. Er ist eine Mischung aus den drei Hauptrebsorten der Champagne, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir und Meunier Diese Cuvée wurde von Ernest Henriot, dem Enkel von Apolline, Brut Souverain genannt, als Maison Henriot zum offiziellen Champagnerlieferanten des Königs der Niederlande und des österreichisch-ungarischen Kaisers ernannt wurde. Es ist ein hervorragender Wein, den man als Aperitif genießen kann.
