Er ist das Ergebnis einer strengen Auswahl der besten Partien, die in einem bestimmten Jahr von unserem Weingut produziert werden. Vinifikation des Weins Quinta do Noval Touriga Nacional Tinto: Dieser Wein wird 8 Tage lang in Edelstahltanks vergoren, gefolgt von der malolaktischen Gärung. Reifung: Der Wein reift 12 Monate lang in 225-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche, 20 % in neuen Fässern, 60 % im zweiten Jahr und 20 % im dritten Jahr.
