Vinifizierung des Weins 2 (Zwei) Quintas Rot: Die Trauben, die manuell in 150-Kilo-Kisten geerntet werden, werden zerdrückt und entrappt, um anschließend in Granitbecken und Edelstahltanks zu gären, wobei wir die Mazeration so lange verlängern, wie es nötig ist, um einen Wein mit dem gewünschten Körper und der gewünschten Struktur zu erhalten. Nach der malolaktischen Gärung reift 20 % des Weins in französischen Eichenfässern, 30 % in Holzfässern und der Rest verbleibt 12 Monate in Edelstahltanks.
