Oak Gin wird hergestellt, indem der Original Gin von Eden Mill in Eichenbierfässern gereift wird. Das Ergebnis ist ein reichhaltiger, nach Eichenholz gewürzter Gin mit Noten von Karamell, Vanille und einem Hauch Schokolade. Es hat auf jeden Fall einen Hauch von Feuer, da es einen Alkoholgehalt von 42 % hat. In der Nase finden Sie Eichenholzgewürze sowie süße Vanille, die ein wenig an Whisky erinnert. Der Gaumen ist voll von warmer Vanille, Gewürzen, Honig und würzigen Früchten. Der Abgang ist reichhaltig und sanft, mit Zimt und Karamell sowie etwas Süße.
