Cerveja Deus, oft auch „Cerveja dos Anjos“ genannt, ist ein besonderes und einzigartiges Bier, das Bewunderer auf der ganzen Welt gewonnen hat. Deus wird von der belgischen Brauerei Bosteels hergestellt und ist für seine außergewöhnliche Qualität und seine besonderen Produktionsmethoden bekannt. Was Cerveja Deus wirklich bemerkenswert macht, ist seine Produktionsmethode, die Tradition und Innovation vereint. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten Bieren wird Deus zunächst wie ein Ale vergoren, durchläuft dann aber einen Flaschenreifungsprozess, ähnlich dem, der für Schaumweine verwendet wird. Diese zweite Gärung findet in vertikal angeordneten Flaschen statt, sodass sich die Hefe im Flaschenhals ansammeln kann. Nach diesem Vorgang werden die Flaschen täglich gekippt und gedreht, damit die Hefen zum Flaschenboden wandern können.
