Vinifizierung des Lagoalva Grande Reserva Alfrocheiro Tinto: Die Trauben stammen aus kleinen Parzellen und werden im September von Hand in Kisten geerntet, sehr früh, um noch am Morgen in die Kellerei zu gelangen. Nach 3 Tagen der präfermentativen Mazeration fand die alkoholische Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei 24ºC statt. Die Trester wurden in einer hydraulischen Presse gepresst und die malolaktische Gärung erfolgte in Fässern (neu und im 2. Jahr) aus französischer Eiche, wo sie 14 Monate reifte.
