O Druida Encruzado Reserva Branco 2023 é um vinho do Dão, produzido a 500 m de altitude em solos graníticos e elaborado exclusivamente com a casta Encruzado, a partir de vinhas com cerca de 30 anos. Fermentado com leveduras selvagens e estagiado durante 10 meses em barricas (20% novas, 80% usadas), este branco expressa mineralidade intensa, com notas flinty, de citrinos, maçã e tomilho. Na boca destaca-se pela frescura vibrante, estrutura sedosa e final longo e elegante, evidenciando grande potencial de envelhecimento. Sirva a cerca de 11–12 °C para realçar a sua elegância, ideal para acompanhar peixes gordos e pratos sofisticados.
