Pardusco Private ist ein Rotwein, der ausschließlich aus der alten Rebsorte Alvarelhão hergestellt wird, die vor Ort als Brancelho bekannt ist. Nach alten portugiesischen Traditionen ist es ein Rotwein, der über einen langen Zeitraum in gebrauchten Fässern reift. Nach der Vinifikation im Edelstahltank reift der Wein 24 Monate in gebrauchten Fässern. Ein sehr ursprünglicher Rotwein, seidig und mit starker Mineralität. Pardusco war der Name der großen Rotweine von Monção und Melgaço aus dem 19. Jahrhundert. XIV, die als erste nach England exportiert wurden. Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre helle Farbe und geringe Extraktion aus und werden aus der Rebsorte Alvarelhão (Brancelho) hergestellt. Sie waren die Grundlage für den Ruhm der Weinregion Monção.
