Die Farbe ist kupferrosa mit einem Hauch Himbeere, wenn sich die Jungfische während der Reifung zu Lachs entwickeln. Die feinen Blasen sind auf eine sorgfältige Auswahl der besten Trauben, eine perfekt kontrollierte Temperatur im Keller und eine sehr lange Reifung zurückzuführen. Die anfänglichen Aromen von Johannisbeeren und roten Früchten entwickeln sich beim Einatmen des Glases zu Sauerkirschen, Walderdbeeren und Veilchen. Ein Hauch von Zitrone unterstreicht die dezente Präsenz des Chardonnay. Mit zunehmendem Alter tendieren die Aromen zu dunklen Früchten wie dunklen Kirschen, Feigen und Brombeeren. Zeigt rote Früchte in ihrer völligen Frische. Der Abgang ist hell und lang.
