Vinifizierung des Manoella Vinhas Velhas Tinto: Die Ernte fand am 8. September unter perfekten atmosphärischen Bedingungen statt. Die sorgfältig ausgewählten und entrappten Trauben wurden 12 Stunden lang in Granitbehältern zu Fuß getreten, wonach sie 8 Tage lang in einem Tank fermentierten. Die Reifung erfolgte 16 Monate lang in neutralen Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
