Vinifizierung des Weins Herdade das Servas Sangiovese Rosé 2022: Nach dem Entrappen und Zerdrücken werden die Trauben in einer pneumatischen Presse unter Oxidationsschutz gepresst. Statische Dekantierung für 48 Stunden. Alkoholische Gärung eines Teils des Mostes in französischen Eichenfässern des 3. Jahres und der restliche Teil in einem Edelstahltank mit Temperaturkontrolle. Reifung: Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung reift der Wein "sur lie" in Edelstahltanks und in Eichenfässern mit Batonnage für drei Monate.
