Vinifizierung des Borges Touriga Nacional Tinto: Vollständige Entrappung der Trauben, gefolgt von sanftem Zerdrücken. Kurze präfermentative Mazeration, gefolgt von einer Fermentation in Maische von 6-8 Tagen bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 28 ºC mit relativ häufigen Umwälzungen. Nach der alkoholischen Fermentation erfolgt eine Mazerationsphase, nach der der Wein von den Schalen, mit denen er fermentiert hat, getrennt wird und die malolaktische Fermentation eingeleitet wird. Der gesamte Wein reift 12 Monate in Fässern aus französischer und amerikanischer Eiche.

Präsentiert eine intensive, aber frische Nase, geprägt von floralen Aromen, umhüllt von eleganten Nuancen reifer roter Früchte. Enthüllt zudem rauchige und würzige Noten, die gut integriert und dezent sind, resultierend aus der Reifung im Holz, die dem Bouquet Komplexität verleiht, in einem authentischen und ausgewogenen Gesamtbild.
