Nach 48 Stunden erfolgt die Anreicherung mit Weinalkohol (96 % v/v), um den gewünschten natürlichen Zuckergehalt zu bewahren. Phase: Blandys Malvasia 10 Jahre reift 10 Jahre lang in Fässern aus amerikanischer Eiche nach traditionellem Verfahren „Canteiro“.
