Vinha Grande Branco ist der erste Weißwein von Casa Ferreirinha und zeichnet sich durch seine aromatische Intensität aus, die ihn sehr elegant definiert. Vinha Grande Branco zeigt in seiner besten Form das gesamte Potenzial der Douro-Region in der Produktion von hochwertigen Cuvée-Weißweinen. Trauben von ausgewählten Sorten aus der Quinta do Sairrão. In diesem Weingut sind die weißen Traubensorten in großer Höhe gepflanzt, wo die Temperaturen milder sind, wodurch Trauben mit der gewünschten Reife und Säure gewonnen werden. Nach einer sanften Entrappung werden die Trauben einer Maischestandzeit unterzogen und anschließend gepresst. Nach einer Dekantierung bei niedriger Temperatur folgt die alkoholische Gärung in Edelstahltanks und französischen Eichenfässern, wobei die Temperatur zwischen 14 °C und 18 °C kontrolliert wird.
