Vinifizierung des Weins Herdade do Sobroso Barrique Select (Reserva) Weiß: Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen und in unseren Weinkeller transportiert, wo der Verarbeitungsprozess mit vollständiger Entrappung und sanftem Quetschen begann, gefolgt von der Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur über 25 Tage. Reifung auf feinen Hefen für 3 Monate und teilweise Lagerung in französischen Eichenfässern.
