Komos ist ein völlig einzigartiger Ausdruck dessen, was Tequila sein kann, und der Tequila Komos Anejo Cristalino ist das erste Angebot der Marke. Komos wird mit einem exklusiven Fünf-Stufen-Prozess hergestellt: 1. Seine Herkunft stammt von Agave aus Jalisco, die in Steinöfen geröstet wird, die neben dem Vulkan Tequila in Mexiko stehen. 2. Indigene Hefen werden verwendet, um seinen Saft zu fermentieren, der dann zweimal in Kupferdestillierapparaten destilliert wird, um das Blanco zu erzeugen. 3. Von dort reift das Blanco 12 Monate in Fässern aus französischer Eiche, die zuvor für Weißwein verwendet wurden. 4. Anschließend wird das Añejo durch eine Kohlesäule gefiltert, um das Cristalino zu erzeugen, und danach wird diese Flüssigkeit in griechische Amphoren gefüllt, die verwendet werden, um den Tequila zu belüften. 5. Schließlich wird das fertige Produkt in handgefertigte, glasierte Porzellinflaschen aus Mexiko dekantiert, die an die griechischen Keramikkunsttraditionen in einem modernen Ausdruck erinnern.
