Der H. Papa Leite Pacto do Diabo Tinto 2021 ist ein wahrer Ausdruck des Terroirs des Alto Alentejo, genauer gesagt der Herdade Papa Leite in Alter do Chão, der vom ersten Blick an mit seiner tief granatroten Farbe begeistert. In der Nase offenbart er einhüllende Aromen von Gelee, Brombeer- und Sauerkirschmarmelade, ergänzt durch zarte florale Noten. Am Gaumen zeichnet sich sein würziges Profil aus, das eine harmonische Integration mit dem Holz zeigt, in dem er 20 Monate gereift ist. Dieses Anwesen, dessen Wurzeln bis ins 17. Jahrhundert zurückreichen, ist heute ein Symbol für Qualität und Leidenschaft für die Weinproduktion und wurde von Filipe Barreiros Cardoso und seinem engagierten Team revitalisiert. Mit 320 Hektar, die dem Weinbau, Olivenöl und der Rinderzucht gewidmet sind, verspricht die Herdade Papa Leite weiterhin Weinliebhaber mit ihren außergewöhnlichen Kreationen zu begeistern.
