Vinifizierung des Ribeiro Santo Encruzado und Touriga Nacional Rotweins: Encruzado-Trauben wurden separat von den Touriga Nacional-Trauben geerntet – der gesamte Prozess wurde individuell durchgeführt. Die Mischung bestimmt den Prozentsatz jeder Rebsorte – 15 % Encruzado und 85 % Touriga Nacional. Manuelle Ernte. Vollständige Entrappung. Längere Maischegärung in Edelstahltanks. Alkoholische Gärung mit einheimischen Hefen bei kontrollierter Temperatur über 20 Tage. Fußstampfen. Umfüllen in neue französische Eichenfässer mit 225L für 12 Monate. Nach der Reifung erfolgte die Vermischung.
