Die Trauben wurden von Hand geerntet und nach einer zweiten Selektion der Trauben, die am Selektionstisch bei der Ankunft im Weingut vorgenommen wurde, einem vollständigen Entrappungsprozess unterzogen und anschließend 48 Stunden lang mit dem Fuß in einer Marmorpresse gepresst, um die Schale zu erhalten Kontakt. Die Gärung erfolgte in zehn neuen Spinnfässern aus französischer Eiche mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 500 l, gefolgt von einer zweiwöchigen Gerbung. Servas de Bacchus rot 2016, zwei Jahre lang in neuen 225-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche gereift. Die Abfüllung erfolgte im Mai 2019
