In der Quinta da Boavista, um die Erhaltung der Merkmale der Rebsorte und die vollständige Kontrolle des Produktionsprozesses zu gewährleisten, greifen wir auf die manuelle Lese und die manuelle Auswahl der Trauben zurück, gefolgt von einer Entrappung und sanften Zerdrückung der Beeren. Die Fermentation der Trauben erfolgt in neuen französischen Holzfässern mit einem Volumen von 500 Litern. Nach einer Phase der Mazeration reift der resultierende Wein weitere 16 Monate in 225-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Alle Weine sind mit Naturkorken verschlossen. Da sie weder gefiltert noch durch Kälte stabilisiert werden, können sie mit der Zeit einen Bodensatz bilden. Ein Wein, der uns durch Eleganz und lebendige Anmut begeistert.
