Strohgelbe Farbe mit goldenen Reflexen und sehr hellen Tönen. Nase Intensiv und komplex. Reife weiße Früchte: Pfirsiche, goldener Apfel, Quitte. Zitrusfrüchte wie Zitronenschale. Ein Hauch von aromatischen Kräutern und weißen Blumen wie Kiefern- und Kirschblüten. Die Reifenoten sind endlos: geröstete Brotkruste, Blätterteig, Brioche, Nüsse (wie geröstete Haselnüsse und Mandeln), Creme Anglaise, Kaffee, Praline, Vanille ... Am Gaumen ist der Auftakt kraftvoll und mit enormen Nuancen. Balance zwischen Reife und Frische. Feine Blase, fließend, cremig, die ein Gefühl der Fülle vermittelt, eine Liebkosung für den Gaumen.
